The Nollywood actor, and son to the renowned Pete Edochie, Yul Edochie has taken to his social media handles to share his involvement in a terrible car accident while traveling from Lagos to Asaba.

According to the video he shared on on his official Facebook page, he recounted how good God has been to him by saving his life three years ago, and called it “the day he died”

While narrating the incident, he said his car somersaulted a couple times which made him pass out.

He also said he felt his spirit leave his body and his life flashed before his eyes. He woke up to see the car which was damaged beyond repair, and found it hard to believe he survived.

People who were around the area where it took place rushed towards him and did not notice he was the accident victim.

However, he was later recognized by one of them, and was taken to the hospital thereafter.

He expressed how grateful he is to God, and credited His survival to Him. He also said that even though he is a sinner, he believes so much in God.

Netizens have reacted to the post by thanking God on his behalf and praying for continuous protection over his life.
