Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, is currently in a closed-door meeting with some PDP BoT members.
The meeting is rumoured to be an effort to reconcile Wike and Atiku Abubakar before it is too late for the opposition party.
For now, nothing is certain, as the PDP national chairman, Iyorchia Ayu is yet to vacate his seat.
The meeting is taking place at the government house in Port Harcourt, Rivers state capital, The Cable reports.
Adolphus Wabara, PDP BoT acting chairman, is said to have led the delegation to the state.
