Quite a number of persons have been kidnapped along Umaku-Owere Ezikala road in Anambra State yesterday.

According to reports, a tipper driver, highlander driver and persons inside a public bus were kidnapped.

Although the number of victims are yet to be confirmed as at the time of this report, but quite a number of people were taken after sporadic shooting, while some ran away.
