Tension as Wike holds closed door meeting with PDP stakeholders.

The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has summoned the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to a closed door meeting in Rivers State.

This meeting which is to hold on Thursday, September 22, is the first of its kind after the party’s presidential primaries.

There is however, tension in Atiku’s campaign council, as Wike is suspected to have lured some of the party’s VIPs out of Atiku’s side, as a result of the lingering loggerhead between them.

The people who are to attend the meeting include the party leaders, members of the state executive council, local government chairmen, and a few other selected members of the party.
