The Nigerian President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Friday, October 7, presented the 2023 appropriation bill to a joint session of the National Assembly.
This is the final budget that he would be presenting to the Ninth Assembly.
There was a heavy security during the presentation.
