The governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu is set to commission the newly built flyover at Osisioma in Aba, Abia State.
According to reports, the very first Abian flyover will be commissioned on Monday, 5th of September, 2022.
Abia State is in the southeastern part of Nigeria, and was created in 1991 (31 years ago)
