The National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, held their Day 3 protest today, Thursday, September 15 at Osun state.
The purpose of the ongoing protest is to show their grievance about the lingering Industrial Action of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
NANS demanded a total end to the 7 months old strike to allow students continue their studies.
However, the students again blocked the Ikire road axis, as they did yesterday at Ibadan tollgate at the Lagos-Ibadan highway. This caused major traffic as cars could not move at all.
